DONTS:
1.) NEVER and I mean NEVER EVER wear the same colored top with your bottoms. Specially when your shoes are in the same shade as well.
2.) Do not wear leopard on leopard. Pleeeaase.
3.) No partnering denim pieces to other denim pieces.
4.) If you're wearing a maxi skirt or a long dress and you aren't that tall, do not wear flats. You'll look shorter
5.) Try not to overdress with occasions.
6.) Too much ruffles or too much flouncy pieces: a big NO NO.
7.) Do not over accessorize. You don't have to wear a necklace, a ring, earings, and bracelets all at the same time. Specially when they're huge pieces!
DOS:
1.) Always wear a longer shirt when wearing leggings. No one wants to see your punany.
2.) When wearing a shirt a size bigger or longer, partner with tight fitted bottoms : leggings, jeggings, shorts, etc.
3.) If outfit has too much print or too colorful, be minimalist with accessories.
4.) When putting on make-up, use your skin-toned foundation. And never apply thick make-up. Use lipstick and blush-on that suit you.
5.) Always match your bag with the shoes you're wearing.
6.) Mix dark pieces with lighter colored ones. So you won't look too old.
7.) High-waisted shorts are supposed to be worn above the waist, not by the hips.
DO NOT CARE ABOUT HOW OTHERS WILL LOOK AT YOU. DRESS HOW YOU WANT TO DRESS. IF YOU WANNA WEAR SHORT SHORTS, THEN DO SO. IF YOU WANT TO GO SLEEVELESS, THEN FINE. STOP MAKING YOURSELF THINK THAT WEARING CLOTHES LIKE THOSE ARE INDECENT. FASHION IS FASHION, AS LONG AS YOU KNOW HOW TO PUT PIECES TOGETHER, YOU'LL LOOK FINE.
STOP BEING TOO CONSCIOUS.
